Cancellation Policy
BOOKING POLICY, CONCEPT MARKETING FIRM All sessions are booked online through our scheduling system. Full payment is due at the time of booking for one time sessions, workshops, and group programs. Retainer Services are billed automatically on their agreed monthly schedule. CONFIRMATION AND REMINDERS. Once a session is booked, a confirmation email is sent immediately with the date and time. A reminder is sent 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled session. CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING. Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 72 hours before the scheduled time at no charge. Requests made within 72 hours are not eligible for a refund or reschedule, and the session is forfeited in full. NO SHOWS. A client who does not attend a scheduled session without 72 hours notice forfeits that session in full. No credit, makeup session, or refund is issued. LATE ARRIVAL. Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Arriving late does not extend the session, and the full session is still considered used. DISCOVERY CALLS. Before booking a free discovery call, prospective clients complete a short intake form. This allows the call to begin with real context, and helps ensure the time is used well by both parties. GROUP SESSIONS. Mastermind and group program sessions run on a fixed weekly schedule. Missed group sessions are not eligible for individual makeup sessions. RETAINER SESSIONS. Ongoing retainer clients schedule their two monthly sessions in advance on a recurring basis. The same 72 hour cancellation window applies to each one.
